  2. Are you able to make a holster for my gun if it is not listed in the drop down menu?


    If your pistol is not listed in the menu online, we may still have it. If you would like to check, please give customer service a call at 1-877-331-5793.

    We offer a 10% discount for military and law enforcement.

  4. How do I have a customer knife sheath made?


    To make custom knife sheaths we would need you to send in your knife. We would need to keep your knife for about 3-4 weeks to make the sheath. They start at $75.00 depending on the complexity of the blade. For more information, please call customer service at 1-877-331-5793.

  5. What are the differences between the three levels of retention?


    Level 1 holsters hold the pistol in by the trigger guard with a positive click. This is adjustable by tightening or loosening the retention screws.

    Level 2 holsters hold the pistol in by the trigger guard and also have a strap over the top of the pistol that must be moved to release the pistol.

    Level 3 holsters hold the pistol in by the trigger guard, have a strap over the top of the pistol and have a removable cover over the thumb release for the strap. You must move the cover before the strap can be released.

  6. What is your Return/Warranty policy?

     


    All Blade-Tech manufactured products have a limited one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Blade-Tech will repair, replace or refund the purchase price at Blade-Tech's discretion of any product covered under warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration, abuse or failure to read or follow the instructions. In addition to our wraranty, Blade-Tech also offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for any product purchased directly from Blade-Tech; however the customer is responsible for all fees associated with shipping the item. We will refund the purchase price of the item excluding the shipping. Blade-Tech makes no other warranties. Unless prohibited by applicable state law, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties; expressed or implied, are excluded and do not apply to sales of Blade-Tech product for a particular use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of Blade-Tech products is expressly disclaimed and excluded. 

    Returns will be accepted with a return authorization number (RA#) issue by the Blade-Tech customer service department. Please contact customer service at 877-331-5793 for an RA number. All return packages must have this RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package to process the return. Packages sent to Blade-Tech without a visible return authorization number may be refused.
